If you are not totally satisfied with your choice of picture then we will replace it with another choice free of charge.

OR Under the Distance Selling Act 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. A full refund for the amount of the order will be made within 30 days, less the cost of shipping (currently £20 for a large frame or canvas sent by courier, or £5 for a print sent in a cardboard tube) to a UK address .Please see our overseas shipping costs for orders sent outside the UK. The UK carriage costs are included in our artwork prices, overseas shipping is quoted extra.

We will first need you to return your original choice complete with ALL its packaging and in good condition within one the time scale outlined above.

If we make a mistake in delivering goods we will collect them from you free of charge and send a replacement.

Please be aware that the visual appraisal of any image is very different when viewed on a computer screen compared to the original which is delivered to you. OUR hope and aim is that you are COMPLETELY satisfied with the artwork that you receive, and that it far exceeds the limited ability of a computer screen to show the work.

This guarantee is, of course, in addition to your statutory rights.
